Plants must be picked up within 14 days of notification. Orders that are not picked up in that time will be released for re-sale, and you will not receive a refund. If you are unable to pick up your plants during that time, please let us know ASAP.

John has done it again! This time he has found the perfect Heirloom tomato.

John likes big tomatoes, and he loves big tomato taste. The parent plant of this improved version, Cherokee Purple, is a local favorite: it has great tomato taste and a nice, hefty size. But despite all of its best aspects, it does have a few downsides: it just doesn't produce very many tomatoes, and they can be prone to cracking. There's nothing more disappointing than spending all your time babying a tomato plant and being disappointed in the end.

Enter John's Improved Cherokee Purple Tomato! It looks and tastes like a Cherokee Purple Tomato, but the plant has much heavier fruiting with reduced cracking. It is also much more disease resistant.

These plants do get BIG, so staking is advised to keep those heavy fruits held up.

Make sure to use Fox Farm Grow Big liquid fertilizer once a week for even more fruit.

Pre-order yours today to get first dibs and we'll remind you when it's time to pick up and plant!
